WE ARE A DESIGN INTENSIVE ARCHITECTURE FIRM
The Room Architects LLC (TRA) is a design intensive architecture firm founded by Sean (Sungsoo) Kim AIA / LEED AP in 2013.
TRA engages a diverse range of work, from large scale mixed-use buildings to interiors. TRA explores inventive solutions and turns the very constraints of each project into the design trajectory, exploring opportunistic overlaps among space, program, form, budget and materials. TRA has completed commercial, hospitality and residential projects throughout the USA and Korea.

Sean Kim
AIA / LEED AP
Mr. Kim has practiced architecture since 1990 and completed multiple projects in the United States and in Korea. Mr. Kim personally designs all of his projects, and has become experienced in managing the time and budget according to each project. Mr. Kim is a registered architect in Wisconsin, New Jersey, and New York.
